Diabolus Equis Adopt (CLOSED)

This is a species I developed quite a while ago for a contest. Not enough people entered and it was cancelled, so I never went back to these until now. Even now I'm uncertain about some traits. Originally they were supposed to have four eyes and four ears, but while designing this one I couldn't help but think they look better with just two of each.

Concepts I'm still keeping:
Two short hands protruding from their chests to catch and eat wandering souls
Spine and ribs grow on the outside of the body
A pair of horns, either ram, elk, deer, antelope, or whatever shaped. 
Fluffy fur around the legs. 
Cracked Hooves, (still a maybe though)
