The original file is extremely large so I shrunk it down to upload it. That's why the quality looks bad. I have the original one intact though.
So I've been a little inactive for the past few weeks. Reason being that I have finals coming up and school is getting to me. XP
Drawing helps me calm down and avoid feeling overwhelmed so this popped out. Pretty sure I messed up Rarity. Never drawn her before.

hello, mlpdarksparx's. I have a question. can i save this image for help so i can become a better drawer in MS paint? also, i just think its really cool so i wanted to save it and use it as a desktop backround. is it alright?

XD Nothing wrong with that, lol. And you don't have to try and have greatness rubbed off on you cuz I know you've got some yourself! It just takes a while for people to realize it.

I'm a bit too dependent on pixels myself. I seem to like solid colors, and It's hard for me to make contrast when I'm afraid to make something a different color than it was originally, since I have a premade color palette for all of my characters. But your art inspires me to be a little more experimental.
One trick I learned is to save just before trying something new. That way if the new thing you're trying doesn't turn out alright you can just close it and open the picture and it'll be the way it was beforehand.
And each time you like your results you can save before trying another new thing.

I use a bamboo tablet. I used to draw with the touchpad on my laptop and rubbed my fingertip raw. XD
