An evil alicorn made of living crystal with the ability to shape shift. When powered up it's body becomes clear crystal. Has no specific gender, but retains the persona of an evil queen.

General specifics were for a crystal pony of two forms, black for normal, cyan/clear white for the other. Free reign on other colors. I added markings but I might remove those and make the general crystal alicorn form without markings, depending on what thinks about it.
